that uses breath, rhythm, and intelligent movement
patterns to awaken strength, creativity, awareness, and flow in both the body and mind.
ABOUT WILD GEESE YOGA
Ben has been practicing yoga for 13 years and has taken over 700hrs of teacher trainings. He recently returned from Mexico where he completed his 300 YTT in 7 Doorways Yoga with Jonah Kest, Jonny Kest's son.
He is thrilled to share his experience with Dublin.
