A morning dedicated to movement, connection and community, bringing women together to slow down, reset and enjoy a little time for themselves. YOUR TICKET INCLUDES A guided Revara Pilates class suitable for all levels A wellness goodie from Cascata Hair, featuring a full-size product worth €50. Protein balls from Ballsy Baker Food from Park Lane Deli Cold-pressed juice from Farmahealth Drinks Following the class, we’ll have time to socialise, connect with one another and enjoy a selection of delicious treats and refreshments.
