Course OverviewEnvironmental and Energy Saving Workshop

Saving Resources. Strengthening Frontline Services.

The Environmental and Energy Saving Workshop is a practical one-day professional development course designed to help charities and community organisations reduce operating costs, improve environmental performance and strengthen organisational resilience.

The workshop introduces The Green Charities Framework™, a practical methodology that integrates the principles of ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 20121 (Sustainable Event Management) into the management of charity facilities, operations and community services.

Participants will learn how to identify opportunities to reduce energy, water and waste costs, improve operational efficiency, strengthen governance and develop practical environmental action plans that support long-term sustainability.

The course focuses on practical implementation rather than theory, providing participants with the knowledge, tools and confidence to improve environmental performance while releasing resources that can be reinvested into frontline services.
