This holistic experience taps into the innate wisdom of sound and will lead you on a journey to discover true consciousness.

Step into the serene embrace of Moonwater Planet's Sound Bath Meditation and let the pure, harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and inner healing. Crafted from pure quartz crystal, the bowls produce frequencies that resonate deeply with the body and mind, gently releasing tension, balancing energy, and cultivating a profound sense of peace.

As the bowls are played, their soothing sounds create waves of healing energy that wash over you, clearing stress and restoring harmony. These pure tones resonate with the body's energy centres, or chakras, helping to realign and balance them. On a cellular level, the vibrations encourage the body’s natural healing processes, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The crystal singing bowls are renowned for their ability to quiet mental chatter and bring the mind into a meditative state of clarity and calm. In this space, you may experience heightened awareness, a sense of grounding, and a renewed connection to your inner self. These healing frequencies can also help to release emotional blockages, leaving you feeling lighter, more centred, and energised.

Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery, drawing closer to a state of true consciousness and harmony.

Doors open at 6.50pm and close as our session starts at 7.00pm.
