Loss & Grief Tending in Nature
A guided journey in nature. Honouring loss. Nurturing hope. Held by nature.
Loss touches us all. Whether you are grieving the death of someone you love, experiencing a significant life change, or carrying another kind of loss, this gentle session offers time and space to pause, reflect and be supported.
Set amongst the calming presence of nature, we will slow down, breathe deeply and explore simple, meaningful practices that help us acknowledge our grief while gently opening the door to hope.
This is not bereavement counselling or group therapy. Instead, it is a carefully facilitated session where nature becomes a companion, offering opportunities for reflection, connection and quiet renewal.
During the 2 hr 15min session, we will experience:
Three gentle mindful walks in nature
An arriving in nature walk
A tree witness practice
A gift from nature for future hope
Including
Shared listening in a small, supportive group
Quiet personal reflection
Time for stillness and restoration
There is no expectation to share more than feels comfortable. You are always welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather
Footwear suitable for walking in a park
Who is this session for?

We look forward to welcoming you.

Nature has played an important role in Tracy’s own journey, providing space to slow down, breathe, reflect and find moments of connection during difficult times. A lifelong lover of the natural world, she brings this together with her experience in mental health, wellbeing and mindfulness to create gentle, supportive spaces where people can explore what they are carrying, without needing to fix or rush it.
