Doors open at approximately 7.20pm and close as our session starts at 7.30pm.

Yoga mats and blankets are provided but please bring your own, with a pillow, for extra comfort - or anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour but please don’t bring inflatable beds, treatment tables or reclining garden furniture. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option.
