A one day retreat for women ready to put themselves back on the agenda.

Feeling stuck, stretched or ready for something different?

Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, a career change, changing relationships or asking yourself “what’s next for me?”, give yourself a day to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters to you.

Think — Focused group coaching

Step back from everyday demands and explore where you are, what you want and what could change. Leave with fresh perspective and practical next steps.

Create — Calligraphy workshop

Slow down, try something creative and enjoy making something beautiful. No experience needed—just curiosity.

Restore — Guided meditation and breathwork

Give your mind and body space to rest, release tension and recharge. Optional massage treatments are also available at an additional cost.

A day for you, with space to think and support to move forward.
