About This Event

The Christmas Entertaining Demonstration and Lunch takes place on 19 December 2026 at the Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy in Edinburgh. Attendees will watch chefs demonstrate seasonal recipes step-by-step in a purpose-built kitchen, followed by a served lunch in the Georgian dining room. The session is priced at £95 per ticket.

At Christmas time it is good to have a few tasty recipes up your sleeve, whether for canapés, starters, main courses, puddings, or for making the most of leftovers. Most of the recipes can be prepared in advance, as all hosts will appreciate, but others are quick and easy to put together. You will watch as our wonderful teachers take you through each dish, preparing them step-by-step in our purpose-built demonstration kitchen, giving you expert tips and guidance along the way. Each stage of the process is explained and demonstrated clearly and questions are encouraged. Following the demonstration lunch will be served in our beautiful Georgian dining room, where you will get to taste all of the incredible recipes our chefs have prepared. Come and join us, alone or with friends and family, so that you can have your own delicious pre-Christmas celebration.
