Designed to inspire your next dinner party, there is an exciting variety of recipes selected for this class each year. To make the cooking simple, there will be a short demonstration on some of the days skills when you first arrive. The hands-on fun then begins as you prepare a delicious three course meal perfect for entertaining, with the help of our lovely teaching team, to be enjoyed in our beautiful Georgian dining room with a glass of wine for lunch. The recipes may include: • Twice baked salmon soufflés • Roast chicken with spiced plums and potatoes • Savoy cabbage with bacon, shallots and garlic • Black cherry compote with mascarpone cream with chocolate shortbread
