Kids CLUB is set for 7 November 2026 at Kadampa Meditation Centre Edinburgh. This class series aims to help children develop calmness, kindness, and confidence through meditation and creative activities. Each session is suitable for children aged 5-11 and requires a parent or guardian to accompany them.
Join a Kids Club class series and help your children grow calm, kindness and confidence through meditation, stories and creative play. We will use themes that help children understand how to grow their our happiness, and blossom into confident, happy children. September theme & dates: Calm Kids Saturday 5 Sept: Calm Bodies Saturday 12 Sept: Calm Minds Saturday 19 Sept: Calm Hearts Each 75 minute session includes: A short guided meditation for children A child-friendly talk or story Discussion and reflection Games and activities to reinforce the theme A creative craft project to take home Time for snack and friendship Practical Info: Suitable for P1 – P7 ages (5-11 years old) It is possible to attend individual classes in the series. A parent or guardian must accompany the children at all times, and they are welcome to join in with the meditations and activities. no previous experience required
