Lines of Listening is MusicConnects' creative responses initiative, in partnership with Arts in Action.

Artist Maeve Curtis and Author Mike McCormack lead these deep listening workshops where participants respond to this season’s music through mark-making either in paint or in words – exploring process, reflection and connection.

This session of Lines of Listening will focus on our October programme 'Going Coastal' where we explore Italy’s string quartet tradition in conversation with the Portuguese saudade, alongside Irish composer Marion Ingoldsby’s String Quartet No. 2

Open to all. No experience needed. Materials provided.
