Connecting with this energy, or "remembrance," allows you to experience more peace, love, and strength. This connection is simple and personal. There's no need for fear or worship. God offers unconditional support. Being in this presence helps you rediscover your virtues like patience and courage, guiding you to answers and inner peace. Note : This is not physical exercises. You will be seated on a chair whilst listening, discussing, meditating. Rose Goodenough is the coordinator of **InnerSpace Glasgow** and an experienced teacher with the Brahma Kumaris. Since discovering Rajyoga Meditation in the 1980s, she has been practicing daily and sharing her knowledge worldwide. In Glasgow, Rose and her team host events on meditation, positive thinking, self-esteem, and stress-free living. With a background in music and performance, she brings calmness and clarity to her simple, practical sessions, leaving attendees inspired and at peace.
