Whether you’re new to soundbaths or a seasoned fan, this event is the perfect way to unwind and connect with good vibes. You do not have to be a member of the baths club to be able to attend the soundbath.

The Experience

Starting with yoga nidra, we will take you on a meditative journey. With each breath, you sink deeper into a state of relaxation, allowing a gentle blend of handmade Indian soundbath instruments to carry you into a state of blissful serenity. This is a nurturing space to unwind, de-stress, and settle into stillness.

Did you know?

In India, soundbaths are part of an ancient tradition called Nada Yoga, also known as the Yoga of Sound. It is a spiritual practice that emphasizes the use of sound and vibration to enhance meditation and self-awareness.

Unlike, gong baths, our soundbaths are gentle but powerful channels of universal energy. You will feel refreshed, rebalanced and restored. Do come along for this unique experience.
