Discover Golden Age — a free introduction to senior empowerment, connection, wellbeing and new possibilities for the next chapter of life.

Your next chapter can be an empowering one.

Golden Age is a welcoming community initiative created to celebrate life, experience and the possibilities that come with every new chapter.

Growing older does not mean stopping. It can be an opportunity to discover new interests, meet new people, share experiences, develop new perspectives and continue to feel connected, confident and empowered.

At the heart of Golden Age is senior empowerment — creating a positive and supportive environment where people can recognise their own strengths, value their life experience and explore what they would like their next chapter to look like.

This free two-hour group session is an opportunity to meet Barbara from B Wilde Coaching and Venus from Headstart Development System™, discover the idea behind Golden Age and experience the kind of conversations and connection the group could offer.

What can you expect?

The session will include:

✨ Conversation and connection with other members of the local community

✨ Reflection on life, experiences and personal strengths

✨ Exploring new perspectives and possibilities

✨ Discussion around wellbeing, confidence and staying engaged with life

✨ An opportunity to share experiences, ideas and interests

✨ A welcoming space to meet new people and build meaningful connections

✨ Plenty of time to ask questions and discover what future Golden Age sessions could offer

There is no pressure, no judgement and no expectation to have all the answers.

This is simply a space to come together, have a conversation, meet new people and explore how we can continue to grow and feel empowered at every stage of life.

Your experience matters. Your voice matters. Your next chapter matters.

Come along and discover Golden Age.
