Forest Bathing at Culloden

You are very welcome to join our Forest Bathing walk on Sunday the 4th in Culloden woods. We will have the opportunity to:

-Slow down and connect with our senses

-Connect with others in a relaxed and nourishing way

-Come away feeling more rested and in our creativity

The Forest Bathing I offer is a gentle embodied practice inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku. I have been offering Forest Bathing for the past 6 years, having trained with the Association of Nature and Forest Bathing in 2020.

The duration of the walk includes a sequence of guided practices to help us come back to ourselves gently, and to tune into our environment in new and exciting ways :) As we close the session, there will be opportunity for tea and snacks, which will be provided.
