What is the conference about?

We want to know what a good life means to you.

To help us answer this question, we will talk about 3 important parts of life:

❤️ Health, wellbeing and support

This means getting the help and support you need to feel well and live the life you want.

🤝 Relationships and connection

This means having people in your life, feeling connected and being part of your community.

🌟 Respect, rights and reducing stigma

This means being treated fairly, with dignity and respect.

Your answers can help us better understand what is working well and what needs to change for people with learning disabilities in Highland.

What will the conference be like?

The conference will be friendly and relaxed.

🍽️ We will start with a free lunch at 12 noon.
