The Workforce North partnership has set a target to support 500 new apprenticeship starts across the Highlands and Islands. Employers have a key role to play. By engaging with apprenticeships and thinking first about apprenticeships when recruiting or upskilling, businesses in the Highlands and Islands will build the workforce needed for the future.
