Understand how your pelvic floor changes during pregnany, its role during labour and birth, and how to support your recovery during the postpartum period.

Breathwork- A moment to slow down, connect with your body and baby, and understand the connection between your breath, core and pelvic floor. Learn breathing techniques to encourage pelvic floor relaxation to support you through labour and birth.
