For the first time, we're opening our Summit to everyone. While Liver Birds remains a supportive community founded for women in property, this event welcomes both women and men because we believe great conversations, collaborations and opportunities happen when the right people are in the room.

Our venue, The Clubhouse by Ropewalks, provides the perfect setting for a day of learning and networking, with fantastic food, great facilities and plenty of opportunities to meet investors, developers, landlords and other property professionals from across the region and beyond.

Tickets include hot drinks, water, canapes and a 2 course buffet lunch. Please ensure you include any dietary requirements for any attendees when booking.

Accessibility: The main event, including all speaker sessions, networking and catering, is located on the ground floor and is accessible via wide entrance doors. Accessible toilet facilities are also available. Please note that there is an upstairs mezzanine area which may be used for exhibitor or pop-up stalls and is accessible by stairs only. If you have any accessibility requirements or would benefit from any reasonable adjustments, please let us know when booking or contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that the Liver Birds Property Summit is cancelled by the organisers.
