The meeting provides an opportunity to get answers to your questions, connect with others in the blood cancer community and interact with healthcare staff, and for us to learn from your experiences.
Programme:
Keynote address: Professor Tony Marson MB ChB, MD, FRCP, FEAN, FMedSci. Executive Dean, Institute of Systems, Molecular and Integrative Biology University of Liverpool
Live Q&A with a multidisciplinary panel of: Doctors, specialist nurses, allied healthcare professionals specialising in blood cancers Patient Navigators and Trustees of MABC.
Topics include: Leukemias, Lymphoma, Myeloma, transplantation, CAR-T, Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS), Myeloproliferative Neoplasms (MPNs) etc. *Understanding diagnosis/treatment options, *advances in blood cancer research and clinical trials, *managing side effects and treatment-related concerns, *survivorship and long-term follow-up care, *emotional wellness and support, *resources available to patients and families etc.
