A delicious, nurturing "sonic massage" for mind, body and soul.

DETAILS

The workshop opens with a short exploration of the meanings and energies of the 2026 Autumn Equinox, and how to tap in.

We then move into the extended sound healing session, guided by Gong, Crystal and Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Chimes.

Plan to arrive a bit early, starting at 7:15 p.m., and enjoy a cup of herbal tea and light nibbles as we settle into this lovely space.

PROVIDED

Mats, blankets, bolsters, and pillows are provided in this lovely sky-lit space ... just lie back and let the magic of therapeutic sound wash over you as you reset and renew.

Bring an eye mask or scarf for the sound journey

You will be lying on a mat on the floor, and no movement or fitness level is required
