About Your Facilitator Eli is an experienced Emotional Mastery and Heart Attunement Coach, sound practitioner and energy healer with over 10 years of experience.She combines sound, meditation and energy practices to create a calming and nurturing space for relaxation, reconnection and inner wellbeing.Her intention is to support you in slowing down, reconnecting with yourself and experiencing the restorative power of sound. What to Bring For your comfort, please bring: • A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • A blanket or warm layer • A pillow if you would like extra support • Water Chairs will also be provided for anyone who prefers to experience the sound bath sitting upright.Choose the position that allows you to feel most relaxed, comfortable and at ease.Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax.
