This month’s theme is A Year of Becoming.

As autumn arrives, we enter a season of harvest — a natural time to pause and notice what has been growing.

This sound bath also marks one year since I began holding these evenings, making it a meaningful moment to honour the journey so far.

You will be invited to lie down, rest and receive the sounds and vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong, drum and chimes.

There will be a short reflective introduction connected to the theme of autumn, harvest and becoming.

Sound can support the nervous system, quiet the mind and create space to reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life.

No previous experience is needed.

What to bring:

Please bring your own yoga mat, as these are not currently provided.

You may also wish to bring:

🛏️ Small pillow or cushion

🌙 Eye mask

💧 Water

👕 Comfortable clothing

Arrival:

Please arrive from 7:15pm.

The sound bath will begin at 7:30pm.
