About Moulin Rouge! The Musical

Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Piccadilly Theatre, London, brings Baz Luhrmann’s film to the stage in a new musical adaptation. Set in a world of splendour and romance, it follows a story of Bohemians and aristocrats, with music, choreography and staging led by Tony Award winners Alex Timbers, John Logan, Justin Levine and Sonya Tayeh.

The production is presented as a theatrical celebration of Truth, Beauty, Freedom and Love, with a remixed musical style that draws on the spirit of the original film while reworking it for the stage.
