About Sinatra The Musical Sinatra The Musical at the Aldwych Theatre opens in the West End from June 2026. The show is brought to the stage by a creative team including two-time Tony Award-winning writer Joe DiPietro and Olivier Award-winning, three-time Tony Award-winning director and choreographer Kathleen Marshall. Set on New Year’s Eve 1942, the musical follows a 27-year-old Frank Sinatra as he steps on to the stage of New York City’s Paramount Theatre and begins the performance that changes his career. As his success grows, his personal life is pulled between Nancy and Ava Gardner, while scandal and a hostile press put his future in doubt. Featuring over twenty classic hits, including “That’s Life”, “One For My Baby”, “The Best Is Yet to Come” and “I’ve Got the World on a String”, the show presents a portrait of Sinatra’s rise, setbacks and comeback in show business. Running time: Approx. 2hr 45min, including 1 interval. Before you book Age guidance: Recommended for ages 13+. Children under 5 cannot be admitted.
