✨ REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING — BEGIN YOUR REIKI JOURNEY ✨

Have you been drawn to Reiki, energy healing or deepening your connection with yourself? 🌿

Reiki Level 1 is a beautiful introduction to this gentle Japanese energy healing practice, giving you the opportunity to learn how to work with Reiki for yourself, your wellbeing and others.

🌙 During the day you’ll learn:

• What Reiki is and how energy healing works

• The history and principles of Reiki

• How to connect with and work with Reiki energy

• Self-Reiki techniques for relaxation, grounding and emotional wellbeing

• How to give Reiki to others

• Practical hands-on experience

• Ways to incorporate Reiki into your everyday life

• Your Reiki Level 1 attunement/initiation

This is more than simply learning a technique — it’s an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore your own energy and intuition.

Reiki can be a wonderful practice for supporting relaxation, stress management, self-awareness and a deeper sense of connection. ✨

🌿 No previous experience is needed. Whether you’re completely new to Reiki or have been curious about energy healing for a while, you are welcome.

You’ll leave with the knowledge and practical skills to continue practising Reiki at home and a foundation to continue your Reiki journey.
