Step away from the busyness of life and step into a space of absolute rest. Whether you are completely new to cacao or a seasoned journeyer, this friendly afternoon offers a gentle, welcoming environment to ground, release, and renew.

We proudly uphold the ancestral traditions of Ceremonial Cacao. Held in a traditional Mayan way—exactly as taught to Sorrell by her Guatemalan teachers—this gathering weaves pure, unadulterated Cacao with the therapeutic power of sound. Together, in a small, supportive circle (max eight participants), we create a sacred space to clear stagnant energy, invite healing, and listen to the inner guidance of our hearts.

✨ 3:00 PM – Gathering & Opening the Circle

We begin with Poq’po, a gentle, collective energy cleanse rooted in Andean and Mayan tradition. Sitting in our small circle, we introduce ourselves, set our personal intentions, and call in the directions of the Mayan Medicine Wheel to anchor our sacred space.

Together, we share pure, traditional ceremonial cacao—to gently open the heart and connect with its healing power and wisdom.

✨ Comfort Break

A brief, natural pause to stretch your legs, use the facilities, and settle in comfortably for the sound journey.

✨ 1-Hour Immersive Sound Healing

Lay back, wrap yourself in blankets, and let go. You will be immersed in a deep, therapeutic soundscape of planetary gongs and sacred instruments, specifically designed to quiet the mind, release emotional tension, and integrate your intentions.

✨ Return & Close

A gentle, unhurried space to return to your everyday awareness, ground back into your body, and integrate your experience. As integration time can vary, we allow flexibility for this to flow with ease and grace. And so we aim to close our circle between 4:45 PM to 5:00 PM.

Tucked away in a healing herb garden—nestled between Margate's beautiful beaches and the vibrant buzz of Cliftonville—our ceremonies are held inside a bespoke built wooden cabin. With gentle, warm lighting and a multitude of gongs and sacred instruments, it is a magical sanctuary of calm. As you lay back and rest, the gentle song of the garden birds often weaves beautifully into our sound journeys, helping you feel deeply connected to nature and completely at peace.

✨ What to Expect & What’s Included

Pure Organic Ceremonial Cacao: Sourced and prepared with deep reverence for the Mayan traditions.

A Supportive, Small Group: Limited to 8 people, ensuring a gentle and relaxed experience.

Complete Comfort: Mats, blankets, pillows, and water are fully provided. You only need to bring yourself!

Experience Level: Absolutely everyone is welcome. This is a highly accessible, gentle, and beginner-friendly experience.

A Scent-Free Space: To support participants with allergies or respiratory sensitivities, our cabin is a scent-free space. Please avoid wearing strongly scented perfumes, aftershaves, or heavily scented deodorants to the ceremony. Thank you so much for helping us keep the air clear and comfortable for everyone.

Health & Medications: If you are taking antidepressants, ADHD medication, have a heart condition, are pregnant, or have any specific health considerations, please contact Sorrell before booking so she can advise you safely and ensure the correct dosage.

Refund Policy: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the ceremony (minus Eventbrite's administration fee).
