The Care Leavers Team will be on hand to provide practical advice, answer questions, and help connect you with opportunities and services that can support your personal and professional goals. Whether you're seeking work, exploring training options, managing your finances, or simply need someone to talk things through with, this session offers a welcoming and supportive environment.
