Join Shon Ross of InneFlow for a special autumn outdoor Gong Bath at Place Eight Wellness, set within the beautiful Buckinghamshire countryside.

Taking place on 10 October — a date traditionally associated in numerology with new beginnings, completion and fresh cycles — this immersive evening has been created around the themes of release, reset and renewal.

As the autumn evening settles over the countryside, you'll be invited to make yourself comfortable beneath the open sky and immerse yourself in the deep, resonant sounds of a carefully selected collection of gongs and other sound instruments.

This will be a gong-led experience, allowing the rich tones, harmonics and vibrations of the instruments to create an immersive sound journey in the unique setting of the outdoors.

We'll begin with gentle grounding and movement before settling into the Gong Bath.

The journey will move through periods of deep, powerful gong sounds and quieter, spacious passages, creating an opportunity to slow down, become still and simply listen.

This is a special one-off 10/10 experience created especially for the date — a chance to pause, reflect on what you want to release, and create space for whatever comes next.

Limited spaces — pre-booking essential

On the evening

Mats will be available, but please feel free to bring your own mat or a reclining chair if preferred.

Cushions and blankets will be available, although you are welcome to bring your own for additional comfort.

Please dress appropriately for the October weather. Although the session is sheltered beneath a rain-proof awning. Warm layers and suitable footwear are recommended. You may also wish to bring an extra blanket or warm covering for additional comfort.

Please note

The Gong Bath will take place outdoors beneath a rain proof awning. If weather conditions are unsuitable for the outdoor setting. We have the option to move into the beautiful indoor studio at Place Eight Wellness.

The doors will open at 5.45 pm for a 6 pm start and will end at 7.30 pm

The session is for 18s only, or 16+ if accompanied by a parent/guardian.

have a sound-sensitive condition such as tinnitus, labyrinthitis or Ménière's disease

About your host

This event is hosted and facilitated by Shon Ross of InneFlow, who has been running immersive Sound and Gong Bath experiences across the UK for the last 6 years.

Shon holds a Diploma in Sound Therapy with Distinction and has been trained in the methods of Gong Grand Master Don Conreaux, who is credited with holding the first ever official Sound Bath in San Francisco in 1975. Shon is also a Reiki Master with over 23 years' experience.
