Seen, Heard & Valued: Black Women’s Wellbeing Day 2026
Join us for our first Black Women’s Wellbeing Day, a powerful and uplifting day created to centre Black women’s voices, experiences, health and wellbeing.
The day will bring together professionals, community leaders and lived-experience speakers for open, honest and culturally meaningful conversations. Topics will include trauma and healing, mixed-heritage experiences, supporting young girls and creating safe spaces, maternal health and maternity care, neurodiversity through a Black woman’s lens, physical wellbeing, and gentle yoga and mindful movement.
This will be an opportunity to listen, learn, reflect and connect in a welcoming space where Black women feel seen, heard and valued. Whether you are attending for information, inspiration, community or support, we would love to have you with us.

Seen, Heard & Valued: Black Women’s Wellbeing Day 2026
Join us for our first Black Women’s Wellbeing Day, a powerful and uplifting day created to centre Black women’s voices, experiences, health and wellbeing.
