Through breath, movement and immersive 9D sound, reconnect with your body, rediscover a sense of presence and vitality.

Have you ever felt emotionally drained, disconnected, exhausted or simply switched off from life?

Sometimes, when stress becomes overwhelming, the nervous system responds by moving into a protective state of shutdown, leaving us feeling numb, stuck or disconnected from ourselves.

Freeze Release is a powerful yet carefully guided 9D Breathwork experience designed to support reconnection with your body, emotions and natural vitality.

Through conscious breathwork, gentle movement, vocal expression, binaural beats and immersive 9D sound, this journey invites you to gradually move from numbness towards sensation, presence and aliveness.

This is not about forcing emotional release or pushing beyond your limits. You are encouraged to honour your body, respect your boundaries and move at your own pace throughout.

An invitation to gently awaken what has gone quiet, reconnect with yourself and rediscover the feeling of being fully alive. 🌅
