Mindful Stitching

Take some time for yourself and enjoy the calming, mindful practice of stitching in a relaxed and friendly environment.

This gentle creative session is an opportunity to slow down, focus on the present moment and explore stitching at your own pace. No previous experience is needed, and all materials will be provided.

Come along, get creative, meet others and enjoy some quiet time for your wellbeing.

Everyone is welcome - no experience necessary.

Please note: A small fee applies to this session to help support the Hub’s ongoing operation and sustainability. Your contribution enables us to continue providing a diverse range of wellbeing activities for the community - thank you for making this possible!
