Join me for a small group Somatic Breathwork journey. Allow yourself to be supported and held, using the breath to guide your experience.

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses intentional breathing patterns to help regulate your nervous system and access parts of yourself that talking alone doesn’t reach. Most of us live in stress without realizing it, bracing, overthinking, pushing through. Breathwork shifts your physiology first. When the body shifts, your emotions, clarity, and patterns shift too. People come to breathwork to release stress, process emotions, reconnect with their bodies, and build real resilience, not just cope better, but actually feel different in their system.

Join me to be held and supported in working with your breath.
