I am very excitedto be playing a sound bath at 3pm on Sunday 30th August in this gorgeous bell tent in the grounds of the wonderful Coffee and Holistic Moments Café at The Nuttery. If it is very warm we have the option to hold the soundbath outside in the peaceful garden. Following your relaxing sound bath with the crystal singing bowls, you will be given a freshly made berryor greensmoothie to help you ground and hydrate.

The crystal singing bowls are tuned to resonate with each of the seven chakras, the energy️centres in our bodies. When our chakras are fully opened and balanced our vital life force energy can flow, which benefits our mind, body and soul and helps us to realise our full potential. The healing vibrations from the singing bowls can reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, enhance mental clarity, promote relaxation, offer pain relief and stimulate the immune system. The vibrations from the gong can promote relaxation, aid physical healing, clear the mind, relieve anxiety and shift negative energy.The bowls and gong are also infused with Reiki energy for extra healing benefits.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle and a cushion for your comfort and wear comfortable clothes. Some spare mats and blankets will be available.
