Join Emma for a gentle Morning Meditation & Sound Bath, designed to help you slow down, reset your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Through guided meditation and the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, you’ll be invited into a deeply relaxing space where stress melts away and your energy can rebalance. It’s the perfect way to begin the day feeling grounded, peaceful, and refreshed. No experience needed—just bring yourself and an open mind.

Please bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Wear comfortable clothes, and bring an eye-mask if you'd like.

Please arrive at 10:15 for a 10:30 start. Included with your ticket is a free hot drink for you to enjoy after the session.

£20 per person, including a hot drink.

Langdon Nature Discovery Park features a café, picnic area, and wildlife trails, including the Peter Rabbit nature trail, along with a wildlife gift shop, disabled access, baby-changing facilities, and a large free car park.
