After the amazing response to our previous event in January, I really wanted to bring the Trained By Gee community together again for the Hunter’s Full Moon this October.

The energy around the Hunter’s Moon lends itself beautifully to reflection, release, growth, manifestation and intention setting - making this the perfect opportunity to slow down before the darker winter months begin.

Join us for a nourishing cacao ceremony, soothing yin yoga practice, and shamanic drumming, designed to help you slow down, release, and set your intentions before we move into the winter months, beautifully led by Kayla.

Held just one day before the Hunter’s Full Moon (when the moon will be almost completely illuminated), this is an invitation to pause, turn inward and create space for what you want to carry forward - and what you’re ready to let go of.

Together, we’ll move through:

- Welcome & ceremonial cacao

- Short grounding meditation

- Yin yoga to soften, stretch & turn inward

- Full Moon reflection & journaling

- A gentle release ritual

- Shamanic drumming to deepen relaxation

- Comforting herbal tea to finish

- Hand wrapped incense to take home

- A photo of a tarot card from the session to keep as your personal message & reflection

No previous experience with yoga, cacao, meditation or shamanic drumming is needed. Just come as you are. This ceremony is open to both men and women, 18+.

What to Bring?

-The hall will be fully heated, but your temperature will drop a little during the sound bath, as your body relaxes. So it will be good to dress comfortably and with a warm jumper and extra cosy socks!

-A cushion, blanket, or anything that helps you feel cosy.

-A yoga mat (please contact us if you need to borrow one; trainedbygee@gmail.com).

-Water.

-A journal/notebook and a pen.

-Any crystals you'd like to cleanse or recharge.

Please complete our Waiver and Consent Form prior to attending the ceremony. This information helps ensure a safe and supportive experience for everyone. All information will be kept confidential between Gee and Kayla.
