Harness the power of your breath combined with the energy of the solar eclipse in this powerful, guided session.

We will have the oppotunity to connect, ground and do some somatic exercises together before getting comfortable for around 65 minutes of guided breathing, with optional bodywork. Afterwards there will be opportunity to journal and share our experience with a nourishing, grouding snack and tea.

Cultvating the feeling of 'awe' is increasngly being hailed as signifcant in our wellbeing - connecting with the energy of our closest celestial body at its fullest... ruminations and worries pale in to insignifacance.
