A training session developing further the wellbeing methodology and behavioural change techniques of MECC
Do you wonder how best you can help others?
Would you like to support people to make a change?
Want to find out how you can have more effective conversations?
Yellow Brick Road Projects have been funded by Southampton City Council to deliver MECC training for those working or volunteering in the VCSE sector. These workshops will provide opportunities to reflect on the conversations you have and develop your skills in supporting people with behaviour change. In addition we will be face to face – an opportunity to network and find out about the other support available in your community.
This interactive workshop is about developing conversation skills already identified in part one, which positively impact the way we interact with others.
