Sunday evening is the perfect time to restore your energy after a busy week, calm your mind, and step into the new week feeling refreshed. I warmly invite both men and women to experience 50 minutes of deep relaxation and peace, surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. Session will be in a cozy Pavilion space near Portswood.

Come 15 minute before Sound Bath starts please, you will have time to get settled comfortably and wait for peace of mind.

This sound bath is a safe haven for deep relaxation. It is a space where you can gently observe your thoughts, letting them drift away like white clouds across the sky. You may also simply fall asleep and let the healing sounds cradle you – whatever your body needs is exactly right. Many people attend simply to connect with their breath in the "here and now," feeling deeply grateful for the chance to slow down and just be.

What you need to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket to stay cozy, a pillow, and a bottle of water. Staing well-hydrated helps you entire body relax.

Important, Contraindications:

Please note this sound bath is not suitable for those with a pacemarker, epilepsy, pregnancy, or any metal implants. Hearing aids must be removed. This session is for adults only.
