A weekend of inner exploration through body practice, meditation and talks, free time for walking and swimming at the beaches at a beautiful part of the world near St. Davids westwales.

Price includes accommodation, vegetarian food, 9 hours of workshops,

use of freshwater lily pond and sauna on saturday evening.

Kalpana is a British wheel of yoga qualifiedteacher and teaches Hatha and Yin yoga.

Kalpana loves to create flowing and static sequences and encourages her students to focus on feeling and listening to the body and using practice as a way of harmonising the spirit and unlocking creative potential.

Kalpana has been teaching at Cardiff University for 12 years . She also teaches for Race Equality First and has freelanced for several community organisations around Cardiff believing yoga should be accessible to people of all religions and backgrounds.
