Blissful New Moon Sound Bath and Yoga Nidra at The Porthmeor Studios in St Ives.
Join Boshka for an evening of stillness in the heart of St Ives. Slow down, let go and be cocooned by the healing resonance of crystal bowls, ocean drum, chimes and more…
We will began with a deeply restorative guided meditation called Yoga Nidra, which will gently prepare you for an immersive experience of Sound Healing. A regular practice of meditation combined with sound bathing may not only support relaxation of the nervous system and releasing tension, but also have a positive impact on your overall mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
An added benefit of creating space for ourselves during each New Moon, gives an opportunity to tune in with our intentions and dreams, so we may bring them into fruition during the new Lunar Cycle.
Merging together the elements of Yoga Nidra and Sound, which are both known to influence profound states of tranquility, offers an effortless and supportive ritual during which you can feel present and grounded. All you will need to do is get comfortable on a yoga mat and let yourself experience, from a space of clear awareness, a blissful state of being which is held within each and every one of us.
