Siren Souls is a 90-minute evening built around NSDR — Non-Sleep Deep Rest, a scientifically backed form of meditation that guides your body into deep, restorative rest without needing to sleep. It's one of the most effective ways to reset a tired nervous system, and this session gives you a full 40 minutes in it, fully guided, blended with Reiki as I move through the room.

We'll open together with breath and movement to release the day, ease into a moment of candlelit stillness, then settle in for the NSDR and Reiki journey itself — the heart of the evening.
