Find Your Winter Warmth Through Yoga ❄️ 🧘♀️ 6 weeks of FREE Yoga on a Sunday morning at The Old Cattle Market Dates -11, 18, 25 October and 1, 8, 15 Nov, 7:45am – 8:45am Sunday mornings. As the winter chill sets in and the days grow shorter, it’s easy to slip into hibernation mode — curling up under blankets and reaching for comfort food. But what if there were a way to stay warm, energised, and uplifted all season long? Yoga is the answer . Winter’s cold and grey days can leave us feeling sluggish or low on motivation, but yoga offers the perfect antidote. A regular practice helps to boost circulation, strengthen your immune system, and lift your mood — keeping both body and mind in balance through the darker months. So instead of slowing down completely this winter, roll out your mat and join us for some grounding, heart-warming sessions. You’ll leave feeling recharged, centred, and ready to embrace the season with calm energy and vitality. ✨ Stay warm. Stay well. Stay connected — with yourself and your practice. ✨ The series of Yoga sessions is being funded by South Kerrier Alliance CIC.
