☕ Coffee Morning & Health Talk Start the day with tea, coffee and a friendly discussion about blood pressure, metabolic health and their importance for overall wellbeing and brain health.
❤️ Free Health Checks Health professionals will be available throughout the event to offer:
Blood Pressure (BP) checks
Atrial Fibrillation (AF) pulse checks
Body Mass Index (BMI) measurements
🤝 Meet Local Dementia Services Speak with local organisations and community services offering practical support, advice and activities for people living with dementia and their carers.
🧠 Dementia Support Group Session The event will conclude with a dementia-friendly group session, providing an opportunity to connect with others, share experiences and learn about ongoing support available in the community.
