Thank you 😊
Join us for a gentle and grounding Grow Together Meet up at the tranquil Hawbush Gardens.
We will be spending some relaxed time on the allotment, and there’s no pressure at all to take part in the gardening — you’re welcome to join and enjoy the atmosphere.
🌦 What to bring and wear
- Please dress for the weather and wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy.
- Bring along a packed lunch so we can enjoy a cosy picnic together under the shelter.
Our group is facilitated by Moms Mindful Hub, a not-for-profit community organisation that provides peer support for local moms and their families. We offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can have honest and open conversations about motherhood and create mindful memories with your children. Our Early Years Educator and mental health first aider facilitate the group and aim to provide emotional support for local parents.
Come and connect with other parents and their children in nature while having the opportunity to have conversations about mental health and well-being. Please note that we do not offer medical advice, but we can share experiences, self-care coping strategies, and signpost you to other services.
Please note, by booking a ticket you agree to the following rules:
*Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
*Please respect the gardens and flora/fauna that live there. Any rubbish must be placed in the bins when leaving or taken home. Please leave the toilets in a clean condition.
*Please follow the group rules when attending groups, a copy of which is present at all our groups for you to look through.
*If you or your child have any allergies please let us know at the point of booking via Facebook messenger @MomsMindfulHub
