I would love for you to join us for an afternoon of gentle movement and stillness at our upcoming Qi Flow and Ceremonial Tea gathering. We will begin by exploring some simple, flowing movements designed to help release tension and tune into the body, making this accessible for anyone regardless of prior experience with Qi Gong or meditation. It is a relaxed space intended to help us ground ourselves and find a bit of ease in the middle of a busy week. Following our movement practice, we will settle in for a ceremonial tea session. This is a quiet, mindful way to connect with the present moment and with each other. It is a wonderful opportunity to slow down, clear your mind, and share some conversation in a low-pressure environment. Whether you are looking for a new wellness practice or simply a calm community space to spend a few hours, you are very welcome here. If you have been looking for a reason to step away from your screens and find some balance, I hope you will consider coming along. It would be great to see some familiar faces and meet a few new ones as well. Please let me know if you can make it by clicking the button to RSVP so I can make sure we have enough tea prepared for everyone.
