Gentle women’s circles in Lewes, held in rhythm with the seasons - a space to pause, reconnect, share what’s real, and be human together.

Samhain Women’s Circle 🍂

As autumn deepens, the leaves are falling, the days are shortening, and nature is drawing her energy inward.

We are still in the season of harvest - a time to gather in what has grown, to appreciate what has come to fruition, and to begin turning our attention towards the quieter months ahead.

Samhain marks a powerful turning point in the Wheel of the Year - a time to pause as autumn deepens and the Wheel turns towards the darker half of the year.

This women's circle is an invitation to meet that shift consciously.

To pause.

To breathe.

To listen.

To connect with yourself, with other women, and with the changing season.

Held at the beautiful Subud Centre, this gathering offers a gentle, guided space to slow down, reflect and reconnect as we move further into the darker half of the year.

Each gathering is a blend of:

grounding and arrival

gentle guided meditation

space to share (always optional)

embodiment practices

journalling

moments of stillness, movement, song and connection

homemade chocolate beetroot muffins (gluten-free and vegan - please message me if any allergies) and herbal tea

No pressure. No performance.

You're welcome exactly as you are.

🍂 About this circle

This is a Wild Woman Circle held at Samhain, offering a chance to gather in circle and consciously meet this particular turning of the Wheel of the Year.

Samhain comes at the end of the harvest season, inviting us to pause and gather in what has grown.

It's a time to honour what has come to fruition, to notice what we are ready to let go of, and to begin turning inward as the natural world does the same.

We'll gently weave these themes through our time together - exploring the invitation of the darker months to rest, regenerate and listen more deeply to our own inner wisdom.

But at the heart of the afternoon will be the share circle - a space where you are invited to speak and listen from your heart, without needing to fix, advise or perform.

There is something quietly powerful about sitting in circle together.

Hearing what's real.

Being met in it.

Sharing what is alive for us.

Listening to ourselves as we listen to one another.

Remembering we're not alone.

As the seasons change around us, these circles offer a chance to consciously move with them - to notice what each season is asking of us, rather than simply moving through the year on autopilot.

Samhain also carries the energy of the Wise Woman - the part of us that has lived, learned and gathered wisdom along the way.

Perhaps this is a time to listen a little more closely to what that part of you already knows.
