Soft Movement | Deep Rest | Guided Nidra

Join Annabel & Nerissa for a gentle, nourishing yoga workshop created to support deep rest and ease.

We will begin with slow, supportive movement to help the body settle, followed by extended periods of rest and a guided Yoga Nidra to calm the mind and invite restoration. This is a quiet, unhurried practice - nothing to achieve and no prior experience needed. You are welcome to rest as much as you like and move only in ways that feel comfortable and supportive.

The afternoon offers you time to slow down, be held and reconnect with rest in a simple way. All bodies and all levels of experience are welcome.

• Our location

The Unity Centre is a welcoming space with a calm, cosy ambience and underfloor heating - chosen to support deep rest and ease. All yoga equipment will be provided so you just need to bring yourself.

The centre is fully accessible, with wheelchair access and is centrally located in Lewes, just a 5-minute walk from the train station.
