We will celebrate the connections between nature, community and happiness with friendly uplifting conversations and exploring evidence-based wellbeing tips. Attendance is free, but spaces are limited to 10 so please book in advance and if you book a place and can’t make it, remember to cancel so someone else can take advantage of a space. For new visitors to Plot 22, we are an **outdoor space**, so remember to dress for Brighton & Hove weather! *\- If all the spaces are taken on the registration link above please send an email to [j](mailto:joshua.french@actionforhappiness.org?)oshua.french@actionforhappiness.org and we'll make a note to update you if a space becomes free.* *\- Please arrive no earlier then 11\.50am as there needs to be a volunteer at the gate to let you in\.* *\- Be aware the only toilets available at Plot 22 are compost ones\.* *\- Wear suitable clothing\, including a waterproof coat\, and strong footwear\, as the allotment gets muddy\, wet and it can be cold\.
