About This Event

A Happy Cafe event organised by Action for Happiness is scheduled for 13 October 2026 at 17:00 at The Walrus in Brighton. The meeting takes place upstairs at the venue with conversation starter games available. Attendees are asked to arrive by 17:00 and ask the bar for directions to the space.

When you first arrive ask behind the bar where Action for Happiness (Happy Cafe) is meeting. We meet upstairs at the Walrus, so we have our own space. Ask at the bar when you arrive and they can direct you up. Please arrive by 17.00. There are games but they are not intimidating, mainly conversation starters. Do give it a try. We would like you to feel happier at the end than when you arrived.
